At French Store, we maintain a standard of excellence. Because our products are designed for pet health and hydration, our return process is strictly managed to ensure safety and quality for all customers.

1. Initiation of Return

All returns must be initiated via email within 48 hours of delivery.

 How to start: Email contact@frenchstore.co with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

 Authorization: Do not ship items back without receiving a "Return Authorization" email from our team first.

2. Return Shipping & Tracking

 Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Tracking Required: You must use a trackable shipping service. If we do not receive the package and no tracking is provided, a refund cannot be processed.

3. Exchange Policy

To maintain our exclusive inventory, we do not offer exchanges.

 If you received exactly what you ordered (correct color, size, and product), we cannot offer an exchange or a refund if you change your mind.

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (subject to our 48-hour video/photo evidence rule).

4. Condition for Acceptance

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in the original premium packaging. If an item is returned and found to have been opened or used, the return will be rejected and the item will not be sent back to the customer.
