At French Store, we take great pride in the quality of our premium pet essentials. Because we prioritize hygiene and safety for all pets, we have a strict return and refund process. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
1. The 48-Hour Notification Window
We offer a 48-hour return request window. You must contact us at contact@frenchstore.co within 48 hours of your order being marked as "Delivered" to initiate a return or report an issue. After 48 hours, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
If the product seal is broken or the item has been handled/used, it is strictly non-refundable due to pet health and safety regulations.
3. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or is not the item you ordered (our fault), we will provide a resolution. To process these claims, you must provide:
A full video showing the unboxing or the defect.
A minimum of 7 clear images showing the product from different angles and the shipping label.
Failure to provide this evidence will result in the claim being denied.
4. Return Shipping
The Customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your total.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that was opened or used by the customer.
Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.
6. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at contact@frenchstore.co. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
